The difference between a launch that lands and one that lands quietly is almost never the product. It's the seven days on either side of the launch date. This playbook is the operating manual we use internally when we run a client launch — the pre-launch narrative build, the creator seeding schedule, the day-of protocol, and the post-launch debrief that turns one launch into the blueprint for the next. Adapted for founders running launches without an agency behind them.

What's Inside

7 chapters, each one a working session.

01 D-5 · Narrative Foundation

Positioning the launch before you announce it. The press angle, the founder's letter, and the one-liner that survives every channel.

02 D-4 · Press Kit & Seeding

What goes in the kit, who receives it, and the three email templates that actually get opened.

03 D-3 · Soft Launch

The private-list pre-announce. How to prime your community without diluting launch-day urgency.

04 D-2 · Creator Drop

A lightweight creator program: who to seed, what to send, what to ask for, and how to avoid looking like an influencer campaign.

05 D-1 · Final Prep

Asset QA, scheduling the first 48 hours, the countdown post framework, and what to turn off the night before.

06 Launch Day · The Protocol

Hour-by-hour playbook for launch day itself — when to post, when to engage, what to watch, what to ignore.

07 Week After · Debrief

The metrics that matter, the ones that don't, and a debrief template that turns the launch into a reusable playbook.

Placeholder — another specific transformation quote. Ideal tone: honest, a little surprised, names a concrete result.
First Name Last Name Title, Business Name
Placeholder — third testimonial. Try to get one that mentions what they almost did instead (agency, course, etc.) and why this was the right call.

Questions

The ones we get most.

How is this delivered?

Instantly, as a designed PDF plus a set of companion Google Doc templates (press kit outline, creator seeding template, debrief template).

How early should I start using it?

Ideally two to three weeks before launch day. The D-5 through Launch Day structure assumes you have the narrative and kit work done the week before the runway begins.

Does this cover paid advertising?

No. The playbook is built around earned and owned channels: press, community, creators, and email. If you need paid-ads strategy, we handle that in agency engagements.

Can I use this for more than one launch?

Yes. The whole system is designed to be run repeatedly and refined per launch. Most buyers use it three to four times in the first year.

Do you offer refunds?

Given the nature of digital products, we don't offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If you run into a delivery issue, email hello@sociemaison.com and we'll make it right.
